However, this virus isn't going away, even when you have a vaccine....As soon as social distancing goes back to normal. it'll still knock out those on their last legs which make up the large majority of its victims even now, the numbers will just be lower.....similar to flu we have always had. Your economy and civil liberties were and are butchered on the back of over high elitist and media hubris and you just swallowed the kool aid. As for calling us 'girlies', you're the one scared of an illness with a 99 percent survival rate.....no doubt clinging to your mask like you're living through the black death and it's your saviour. Statistics which you are basing your views on, do not give a clear picture. I could suggest that 1100 deaths from a population of 25 million here, will give you a different percentage compared with UK and many countries of the world. Those on their last legs include me I guess (aged 7 Our economy is in recovery. Originally posted by Stirlingsays

Their generation stole the very futures of the youth and then cry out in distress.....In 69 we had the Hong Kong flu which killed a million worldwide...back then I'd suggest that people 'weren't girlies' and had a more realistic view of life. The boomers have had the best of everything and in kind raised the most incredibly selfish generation in their own image....who now steal even more from the next generation. I obviously wish you good health, however....there is an old Greek proverb, 'society grows great when old men plant trees whose shade they know they shall never sit in.'....remember that when you witness the poverty and increased starvation amongst the most vulnerable that this idiocy will cause over the coming years......because instead of care for them the old have robbed the unborn. It shouldn't quite come to that but if that is what the majority expect then that's the way it's likely to go. You will always have a choice but as time passes without any negatives being found, confidence will grow along with the disadvantages of refusal. It will likely just become a routine we all accept as normal and then forget until next year. There will have to be a forge free verification method set up though. The tiny microchip embedded in the vaccine will take care of that problem.

This will end up being nothing more than a back door way to introducing an identity card, which will probably cost about £50 renewable every couple of years and to be carried and shown at all times. However you look at it we are heading further and further down the line of becoming a state controlled country.

Isnt your wallet and phone filled with your ID. Don’t they have wallets and phones stuffed with ID then? However what you say is an undoubted benefit of moving to more state control even if I don’t approve of it myself.

We don't need one, 70% of adults have a photo driving licence just persuade the other 30% to get one. I don't drive but have a provisional licence which for id is exactly the same as a full one, only cost me £30.
