I sometimes think that bootlegs are like buses - you wait for ages for one to show up - then two or more come along at once!!. This has happened with todays first bootleg - as we have another set by Caravan, following on from the one I posted yesterday. This is a set performed on the bands first American tour in 1974 at the Record Plant, Sausalito, CA on the 10th November 1974 and it's in superb quality with the audio being taken from the soundboard. I've also posted other dates from this tour - but not this set. If you like Caravan and grabbed the set yesterday - I thoroughly recommend this one... Todays second download is a semi acoustic set by The Cranberries that was recorded at the Brooklyn Academy Of Music, New York on the 14th February 1994. This is in superb quality and the audio for the set has been taken from the soundboard and it sounds top notch. I've not posted many bootlegs by The Cranberries as good quality ones are fairly rare. This is a good one with an excellent setlist. If you like The Cranberries - this is thoroughly recommended... Todays first download isn't a bootleg but it is a live album. This is Peter Gabriel and a set he played at the Wiener Stadthallel Vienna, Austria on the 3rd October 2013. This is a wicked set with a top setlist with a whole stack of hits. Todays second download is a set by Franz Ferdinand that was recorded in Paris, France on the 3rd May 2004. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from a pre fm soundboard source and it sounds top notch. I've posted a few boots and albums by FF over the years - this is another top sounding show for the collection. The Black Sessions are a famous radio show in France and the bands perform in front of a small audience of around 200 people. If you like Franz Ferdinand - then grab this show - this is thoroughly recommended.... Todays extra download is a set by Billy Idol that was recorded at the Shoreline Amphitheater, Mountain View, CA on the 12th August 1987. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from a pre FM broadcast of the show and it sounds top notch. This is a great set with Billy on top form and it has a wicked setlist with Billy's two biggest hits "White Wedding" and "Rebel Yell" both being played. I've posted a fair number of boots and albums by Billy Idol over the years - this is another top show for the collection. If you like Billy Idol - then I thoroughly recommend this one!....
