Clubs are not about players or where the players come from, players leave, players believe different things.....it's about an attachment to the area and club itself. People's issues stem from those who murder innocent children, rape them, commit crime and just here for benefits and contribute nothing but trouble and do not assimilate into British society.

I would add that ANYBODY behaving like that is a scumbag. A scumbag is a scumbag. Imported or Home-grown. I blame the politicians for empowering, enabling and encouraging scumbaggery. I’m sure players like Eze, Mitchell, Olise, Zaha, Schlupp,Guehi, all born in the UK to immigrants would feel welcomed by the posts on this thread. Do you think they would? Or do you think they would be shocked? Or don’t you really care?

Role models of what immigrants or UK born to immigrants should be. Not the 17 year old kid who was born to immigrants who murdered 3 beautiful girls and attempted to murder more.

Push comes to shove there are fundamentalists in any religion. That includes Christians. People are bad not just religious people.

Typical lefty, ignores counter points just repeats the same points. I'm English.....Starmer is also English and he also represents England temporary as its elected leader.....apparently using this logic I'm meant to support Starmer just because he's English and representing something I value. Errrr...no, Starmer like players will go and my country of England will remain. Jim Cannon and Ian Wright both played for Palace and didn't like each other. Very different people with different mindsets. If your support of your club relates more to players than the club then you aren't doing it right. What this guy is really saying is that he wants all Palace supporters to support his idea of Palace because he thinks his ideas own that. Apparently you have to agree with what a current set of players might think politically or you shouldn't support a club. Just another version of the kneeling argument that we had on Hol.....these people complain about division yet it's their whole argument. Edited by Stirlingsays (04 Aug 2024 9.25pm)

No Honestly, I think they would be interested that a debate was taking place, rather than just shrugging shoulders as if nothing had happened. You obviously think that they would be offended; I don’t.
