I emphasized private sector job growth, because it has little to do with public sector - i.e. government - borrowing/spending. So your response to point #1 is nonsense. Strike one.

On the back of DOUBLING the National Debt.
Poke that strike.

(As an aside, the Trump and Republicans are working on a tax bill that will increase the deficit by 1.5 TRILLION dollars in 10 years. So, fiscal responsibility...right?)

Had The Debt Ceiling not been, cough cough, 'ignored', where would the IOUSA that Obama left be now? Bankrupt! But that's Trumps fault?
I've already said that others 'rule the roost'. Presidents have little effect on anything.

Obama's job growth came about after inheriting an economy that was shedding a half-a-million jobs a month. A MONTH! Saying that his performance on jobs is just the afterglow of a boom is complete and utter nonsense. The only boom Obama inherited was the sound of the economy imploding. Strike two.

I said the figures were manipulated. 90mil plus out of work Americans show this.
Poke strike #2.

Low interest rates help the middle class, because it keeps down the cost of mortgages and credit card debt etc. They also help private business borrow funds for capital investments which create jobs. Strike three. [Link]

The middle/working classes, ie the REAL driving force of ANY economy are being bloody raped, hence the continual increase in personal debt. Fact.
Put #3 alongside #2.

To help you, and i honestly don't mean to patronise, there is a clear correlation between the Fed (a privately owned institution) releasing funds (QE) and Stock Market performance. Fact.
But when the 'free' money stops, as it is now, the wheels slowly stop turning.

Be aware.

I am totally aware of how the middle class fuels the economy, which is why the proposed tax bill is such a travesty. It will kill demand, which will kill jobs and kill the economy. The deficit - and therefore the debt - will balloon, and we'll be left trying to salvage something from the wreckage of an economy that is stagnant.

When the US built its previously humongous middle class - that fuelled a booming economy - the top rate of tax was 85%. It wasn't a coincidence.

I tend to be very critical of ideologies like progressivism but I can't think where I 'hate' a politician to anything like what I'm criticising with Trump.

Instead of making snide 'mirror' remarks cite me.

As for you.....I haven't seen or read all your commentary but while I am critical of you it isn't for this particular point.

I'm not criticising being an opponent to Trump. I'm criticising tea party like language and behaviour......not that people don't have the perfect right to it.....but that they then can expect to be criticised themselves for hypocrisy.

You claimed that only Sanders behaves as an adult, yet are unaware of these two very high profile, very recent incidents where the targets of Trump's bile responded with intelligence and grace.

There are countless other examples too, because the list of Trump insultees is long and illustrious.

Also, calling Warren "Pocahontas" is racist, so it's telling that you find it amusing.

Please explain how calling someone 'Pocahontas' is racist. It will reveal the workings of your....'formally conservative' but now progressive mind.

I haven't refused to answer a question. How on earth am I'm expected to know about every situation where Trump gets involved in silly name calling?

I cited Sanders as an opponent who doesn't buy into the 'hate' opposition to Trump. I have no doubt that there are others.

What I am referring to and criticising are those that use language that far exceeds normal discourse on Trump.

Those who complain about Trump but are a bit of Trump themselves. or often in excess....Hypocrisy.

To the OP, this is The Basic. Right Wing influence and reflect the financial markets. left Wing influence and reflect the media/arts/publis sector. In the middle of all of that the world keeps turning.

Kirsten Gillibrand is one of two United States Senators from New York. The other is Chuck Schumer. They are both Democrats. Senator Gillibrand was appointed to the Senate when Hillary Clinton became Secretary of State in 2009. Her present term is up in 2018.

Here we go again...

Of course, you are not expected to know every example of a response to a Trump insult. However, by making sweeping statements about such things you claim exactly that. Hence me calling you on it and you pathetically trying to dodge the issue.

As to Trump's insulting nickname for Senator Warren, that you can't figure out why it's racist speaks volumes.

Hang on....you don't get to tell me what I claim matey boy...I do. If you have specific issues with a statement cite it and argue it.....oh hang on is 'matey boy' a sexist term?....hell I don't care if it is or not.

I never avoid questions that I know have been put to me. You might have to ask again if I miss it and you might not like the answer but I don't hide my views.

No, you made the claim, back it up.
