This post has been merged from a topic called 'Jokanovic' by Guntrisoft I really think this guy is perfect for us. I was glad to see Silva get the Watford job as I don't think he would improve us significantly. We need to be more on the front foot and think we are better on the ball than we get credit for - I am convinced Jokanovic can develop our squad and style to something that'll be good to watch. I have concerns that Dyche will have us playing dull defensive hoofball and Monk will have us playing nice stuff whilst exposing our defensive frailties.

This post has been merged from a topic called 'Jokanovic' by Guntrisoft Five million? Seriously some people think we have a money tree. We have already spent huge sums in January and taken a loan against next season's Premiership money. Next.

An interesting article on Jokanovic's management style. Seems a good fit for Palace. Looks like he would build on what BFS was able to establish. He takes onboard special expertise with analytics, gets the players superfit, has a good eye for players, and gets them playing good football. I'd love to see him come to Palace if true.

This post has been merged from a topic called 'Jokanovic' by Guntrisoft Well, if parish saw the right player to keep the club up and move forward at 5 million, he would snap him up in a heart beat, so this is no different and to be honest, i think he said something similar regarding Pardew (altho it didn't work out too well)

When he was sacked after 25 games Leicester were 15th. Shakespeare stepped in and they won their next 5 league games.Leicester finished in 12th place.

I can't believe there are those who are disappointed that we missed out on this. The man was clueless at Selhurt, devoid of any passion and tactics in what was the biggest game of their season. Personally I feel we dodged a bullet on this one. Attachment: Silva at Palace.jpg (38.56Kb)

Not good enough , nowhere near good enough Absolutely right! Some on this thread have also been eulogising about Dyche on anohter thread. Make your minds up people! Personally, I'm hoping and trusting that CPFC2010 will sign a manager that sends out a message that we have ambitions to do more than linger around the lower mid-table whilst flirting with relegation.

The man won a premier league title !!!! With Pearson's team. The following season Ranieri had put his own stamp on Leicester and we know how that ended. No thanks!
