Todays first download is a set by the original members of Caravan that was recorded in 1990 at the Central TV Studios, Birmingham. The quality of this bootleg is superb and the audio has been taken from the soundboard and sounds top notch. Boots by Caravan in good quality are very, VERY rare - I only have 2 myself and now this one makes 3. Only a very short set, but for fans of Caravan it was significant as it was the first time in over 10 years that the band had performed in any form. If you like Caravan - who were one of the original "Canterbury Scene" progressive bands of the 1960's & 70's - you will definitely want this one - this is thoroughly recommended... and then some!... Todays second download is a set by Dr John that was recorded at the SUNY in Binghamton, New York on the 10th October 1988. This is in superb quality and the audio for the show has been taken from an FM broadcast and sounds top notch. I recently posted a Dr John boot with Eric Clapton as well as a solo set. This is another top show for the collection with a top setlist which includes his classic "Right Place, Wrong Time'. There is a short radio interview at the very end of the show - this can easily be deleted if not wanted. If you like Dr John - this is thoroughly recommended... Todays extra download is a set by Thunder that was recorded at the Shepherds Bush Empire on the 8th December 1994. This is in superb quality and the audio for the set has been taken from an FM broadcast of the show and it sounds top notch. I've not posted many boots or albums by Thunder over the years according to my files - this is only the 3rd bootleg but it's a good one and if you like Thunder - this is thoroughly recommended....
