You don't know whom Sir Simon Fraser is, his role in Brexit, his past with regards Brexit and what he is doing right now with regards to his consultancy work, do you? If you did, you would troll better and come up with a more credible candidate to spread your doom laden nonsense. Are radio 4 trolling then because they had the bloke on the news?

Britain is paying the European Union less than half the sum claimed by Brexit campaigners, new official figures have revealed. The UK’s net contribution has fallen to its lowest level for five years, at just £8.1bn in 2016-17 – or about £156m a week. The sum is under half the £350m-a-week claimed by Brexiteers during the EU referendum campaign, which they promised to divert to the cash-strapped NHS.

It could fall to zero, I would still want to leave.

It's called intransigence. Old Thatcherites have it in spades as does anyone with strong ultra-views Left or Right. It was also their longed for protest vote which they will keep celebrating even when the economic lights have dimmed and the stench of insular sweat and what the fvck have we done? vomit have filled the emptying room.
