surely we could create special courts, allowing migrants only access to court appointed legal advisers, limited and immediate appeals with a view to a really fast tracked result. These for the open and shut cases.

100%.

But I fear it will not happen without breaking up the UK. An English Parliament, probably with a new seat of Government up in the Midlands, is the only way this is ever going to happen. Our entire current political establishment are firmly in the 'Remain/Rejoin' camp and will seek to scupper any kind of genuine attempt to forge a new future.

Westminster is the problem.

I used to live 5mins from Manston airport, little village called Birchington, moved there in 2001 for my job, there was a farmer Mansfield who used in eastern Europeans to pick the crops, 100s of them, when the picking season stopped they turned to crime to cover themselves until the next season, the area went downhill rapidly, they don't know what to do with Manston airport i believe it is the longest runway in the Uk, i engineered my own redundancy in 2009, and moved to Lanzarote.

We must find a way to deter these people being recruited by the criminal gangs. Braverman making hard line big mouth statements is just making things worse.

Unfortunately that is to simplistic. You have to establish who they are and then attempt to get the respective Governments to document them. If they have claimed asylum this is difficult as you cannot advise the governments until such time as a decision to refuse has been taken.
I believe we have come to an arrangement with the Albanian government to remove economic migrants quickly, which is indeed a start. I have no inside knowledge of this but one could assume a financial sweetener was involved

If you voted against shooting yourself in the foot economically, for “sovereignty” then bravo, kudos to you.

Usually people making fun of Joe Biden are Trump fans. Usually Trump fans are Brexit voters, good on you for bucking that trend.

Then I redirect my statement to any Brexit voters who voted to “take back control” of the border. Whoopsy daisy.

Everything that is tried is blocked by the looney left, HRA. You also have the remoaners who like to jump on the bandwagon and blame it all on Brexit. Shouldn’t really matter to you as you have moved to the land of the mass shootings of kids and you can also go to live in Trudeauland.

That makes sense.

Unrelated but I wonder how the Albanian government feel about losing so many of their workforce?

If it concerns them then maybe we could send all suspected Albanian economic migrants there, having provided them with documentation evidencing their UK arrival, which they could use should the Albanian authorities fail to establish they are their citizens. Maybe that, or something like it, is what the arrangement you mention is going to do.

If they know they will be coming back swiftly then they won't be so ready to pay the criminals.

The government does not have the balls to protect our own borders we can pass legislation they just don't want to.

For example:

Anyone who arrives without proper identification should immediately be deported back to where they came from e.g. France or where ever they got a plane from.

Anybody who refuses to co-operate with the immigration authorities should again be deported immediately back to the country they came from.

They wont do it of course.

Asylum needs to be redefined as the HR brigade have managed to successfully mission creep.

The intention was to protect political opponents of hostile governments not a free pass for anyone from that country. Example Jamaicans have successfully claimed that as they are gay they should not be deported. Well Kingston may be a dangerous place but so are many inner city areas in the UK it is not the policy of the Jamaican government to persecute gays.

Anyway there are lots of things we could do but it will never happen.

I believe the arrangements we have, involve Albanian government officials interviewing arrivals in the UK. It seems a sensible solution. Unfortunately this only applies the Albanians but if successful, happy days. Saw an article on TV the other day where they used an undercover reporter to ask a smuggler, in Calais, to arrange passage to the UK. He should have been reported and arrested there and then by the French Police

With regard to your first example: unfortunately at an airport like Gatwick people get off the plane destroy their passport, tickets and then hide fir several hours, hence no idea where they have come from. Scrolling through hours of CCTV sometimes works but with no actual evidence of departure country, they will not accept them back

You should do a quick trawl of the internet to find the BBC report on how the Spanish and Moroccan authorities dealt with a border incursion at Melilla. Many dead, many 'cross-border' movement of different police forces to resolve the issue. I'm not advocating the same stance on our borders but perhaps because we are so 'soft' and accommodating is the reason why the UK seems to be a favourite end destination. Rwanda to me seems like a decent deterrent and would give us breathing space, but anyway the bad weather season is coming shortly and the numbers should drop off. What the situation looks like next Spring is whether we will know if we have diluted the problem.

We now have multiple foreign gangs selling drugs and women in this country thanks to our ridiculous immigration policy and our weakness when dealing with illegals.

Many of the Albanians coming here in boats are here specifically to
join the non tax paying black economy or become directly involved in criminality.

The only way to stop all the red tape and delay of ridding ourselves of these people is to stop them landing here in the first place.

Intercept them in the channel and take them back out to sea or to a big ship where they can be processed and sent home. We need a task force specifically for this problem.
In time, inaction will change the entire face of Britain and turn it into a crime ridden third word slum.

Our next election should be fought on this subject, and a party prepared to take drastic action to protect the population needs to rise.

Spiderman I appreciate you have more practical knowledge on this topic but surely technology can help here. Facial recognition for example is not perfect but should speed up the CCTV process. We could also insist on fingerprints before they catch their plane.

It seems the will is simply not there.
