So if I pick 11 goalies and advice them to play well, it’s on them?

Trump lost. Badly. Hahahahahahaha.

In my humble opinion I think Roy has done a very steady job this season. Yes like many have said he does frustrate with his lack of substitutions and our home form has not been the best. But the squad he has to work with is not as strong as many I read seem to believe. I am happy that should now have another season competing in the top flight.

I have said this before and I’ll say it again we are not the kind of club who can cherry pick the next manager.

I think this summer is crucial and a change needs to happen.

Roy has one year left? Looks like a year of treading water going by this season and last..

Either change Roy, get a new manager in, back him with significant money and support his vision, hoping it works out.

Or.. give Roy another year, back him and give him two years and let him do it his way, with a few of his signings (it's obvious Roy has a mandate of 'stay up on a budget').

Parish is holding us back - he needs to let go and let someone else do it.

Personally I'd like to see Roy moved up to be director of football and put another manager/coach in charge of the team on a day to day basis. Roy has done a steady job but it is time to move forward and get in a manager/coach with a little more vision/hunger.

Parish did that with Allardyce, who b^ggered off and we were left with his signings on high wages.

If you read our accounts, we aren't in a position to splash out on players anymore. Either AWB or Zaha would have to be sold to finance it.

So, by your reckoning, performance has no bearing on result. Sorry we won today minus Sakho and finishing with our 3rd and 4th choice centre backs.

Will take the win but its arsenine to not understand the nature and manner of the win. Due to some luck and key players individual talents. There was not a shred of manager genius in that. Fact. Definitely not the way to progress as a team. Any blind mole will have an acorn every so often. CPFC needs to aspire to be the club that it can be with enlightened, agile and modern management. So not Roy. Other wise we will forever stay a mom and pop club tittering between premier league relegation and the championship. The output of the whole club falls way short of the cumulative sum of the individual players

Think you'll find he backed him to get out of the relegation mess and stay in the league - which anyone would do, but wouldn't have been in that situation had he got rid of pardew in the summer and did a decent recruitment. He then spent ages to appoint FDB, when he got him, he wanted him to steady the ship then slowly implement his way - which, didn't happen. Pulis, Fat Sam, probably the most experienced prem managers walked and for a reason.

And.... i am in favour of cashing in on AWB to finance it.

Any team outside the top six can be relegated ..shock horror.
