This post has been merged from a topic called 'Jokanovic' by Guntrisoft And a big thumbs up from me also.Fulham played some fantastic football including thrashing the highly rated Wagner's Huddersfield away from home few weeks ago. As I said on another thread both Parish and Jokanvic are in Spain at the moment. Weather they have spoken is anyone's guess.

That came with the Sam resignation and everyday the day ends in 'y' on the BBS. I've agreed with all of Parish's manager choices and every one was who I preferred. But if we don't get someone of decent quality I promise you well have wasted the opportunity to get Silva. You watch Silva succeed. We'll have to pay Fulham a fair few million close to their inflated £5 mil demand so I hope whoever it's going to be it was worth not seeing Silva. It's not anti parish mate. That shyte came in the parish must go and Allardyce threads.

So why not wait and see who arrives before all the doom and gloom and hand wringing about missed opportunities. Silva is a 50/50 like every manager, there are no guarantees and because he never came here we'll never know.

Seems a good fit for Palace. Looks like he would build on what BFS was able to establish. He takes onboard special expertise with analytics, gets the players superfit, has a good eye for players, and gets them playing good football.

This post has been merged from a topic called 'Jokanovic' by Guntrisoft Parish paid Newcastle compensation for Pardew, so if he thought Jokanovic is right for Palace my guess he would reach for his cheque book

This post has been merged from a topic called 'Jokanovic' by Guntrisoft I hope we pay the compensation as for me this guy is the real deal. We better be quick before West ham get rid of Bilic and Southampton get rid of puel and looking for Jokanovic. Very soon he'll be in demand like Silva so hurry up Palace.

This post has been merged from a topic called 'Jokanovic' by Guntrisoft Haven't been keeping up with the Championship this season so I've not really got an opinion. Bookies have him third favourite behind Dyche and Monk, but the odds are still pretty big.

Silva is a 50/50 like every manager, there are no guarantees and because he never came here we'll never know. The point is we never saw him so all the things we could've got an idea on we didn't. By not seeing him or anyone else credible we're narrowing our opportunities. Hopefully there won't come a time when we repeat the stalling on Pulis and Allardyce and it bites us on the &rse, same as not getting the vital players we've needed in a couple of Windows to then put ourselves at severe risk of going down, and inevitably have to get them in the next window anyway and hope there's enough time for us to survive. It's stuff like that that eventually does get you relegated if you take chances every time and I don't see many managers available who have very recently acquired more points than needed to survive over half a season and with the worst squad and most difficult circumstances, and we left Watford to get on with interviewing him without seeing us as well. Hopefully very soon we won't be too concerned we've let the best one slip away by our choice.

A lot of people getting their panties in a twist over us not getting Silva, I still expect Watford to finish bottom five. A lot of fuss over nothing. Still a lot of better options out there and Sam has only been gone a few days. Get a grip.
