Todays second download is a set by the man in black Johnny Cash that was recorded in Austin, Texas on the 8th December 1994. This is in superb quality and the audio for the show has been taken from the soundboard and sounds top notch. According to my files this is only the second bootleg by JC that I've posted - an oversight on my part that I will correct in the next week or so. This is a top set with some real classics on it like "I Walk The Line" "Ring Of Fire" and "A Boy Named Sue" are all played. If you like Johnny Cash then grab this show - this is the mutts... Here is a download link I found for :- Live at The Frank Erwin Center, Austin, TX 8.12.94 - Johnny Cash (Bootleg) Quality : Superb Tracklisting : CD 1 : CD 2: Download Link : [Link] Filesize : 153MB (Including Artwork) Enjoy! Todays extra download is a set by A-ha that was recorded at the Vina Del Mar Festival, Chile on the 24th February 2006. This is in superb quality and the audio for the set has been taken from the soundboard and sounds top notch. According to my files this is only the second bootleg by this band that I've posted - as good quality bootlegs are very rare. This is a good one which the crowd really like - it seems they all know the bands anthem "Take On Me" and all join in. If you like A-ha then grab this one... Here is a download link I found for :- Live at the Vina Del Mar Festival, Chile 24.2.06 - A-ha (Bootleg) Quality : Superb Tracklisting : 01 - Celice Download Link : [Link] Filesize : 160MB (Including Artwork and Tracklisting) Enjoy! Todays first download is a set by Crosby, Stills and Nash that was recorded in Santa Cruz, California on the 9th November 1989. The concert was in aid of the Santa Cruz Californian Earthquake which had occured a few weeks earlier on the 17th October 1989. This is in superb quality with the audio being taken from an FM broadcast of the show which is top notch. The band played two sets at the show and this one is the second set which started at 10pm in the evening. I've posted a few CSN boots in the past - this is another really good one. This is thoroughly recommended.... Todays extra download is a set by former Deep Purple keyboards player Jon Lord that also features the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra (Conducted by Paul Mann). The set is a classical piece fused with rock. Jon also has a top rock band to accompany him with Joe Bonamassa, Steve Morse, Guy Pratt and others. The set finishes with a couple of classic Deep Purple songs "Soldier Of Fortune" and "Child In Time". This is great stuff - thoroughly recommended... Here is a download link I found for :- Concerto - Jon Lord (Bootleg) Quality : Superb Tracklisting : 1. Todays first download is a set by Elton John that was recorded at the Hammersmith Odeon on the 22nd December 1973. The quality of this bootleg is just unbelievable - crystal clear, pindrop perfect sound... stunning. The stereo mix is amazing - easily one of the best on ANY bootleg I've ever heard - and I've heard one or two over the years. The audio has been taken from BBC transcription reels exactly as recorded at the concert - before they were broadcast by the beeb. The notes I read said that "Elton played 6 nights at the Hammersmith Odeon in December 1973 - during these shows he was suffering from a cold, but aware that the show was being recorded for the BBC wanted to put on a show - and the whole band seemed up for it"... The setlist is wicked and if you like early Elton John - then grab this show... this honestly sounds better than a lot of officially released albums... Here is a download link I found for :- Live at the Hammersmith Odeon, London, UK 22.12.73 - Elton John (Bootleg) Quality : Superb Tracklisting : Disc 1 Disc 2 Download LInk : [Link] Filesize : 165MB (Including Artwork and Tracklisting) Time : 1 hour 44 mins The Lineup: Enjoy! Todays second download is a set by Elvis Costello and Steve Nieve that was recorded at the Supper Club, New York on the 22nd May 1996. This is in superb quality and the audio for the set has been taken from an FM broadcast on WNEW-FM. This is a wicked set with top sound and an excellent setlist. Steve Nieve has been Elvis Costellos keyboards player for many years and has appeared EC with The Attractions and EC with The Imposters - he has also released several solo albums. The show ends with a wicked version of "Watching The Detectives". If you like EC then this is thoroughly recommended.... Here is a download link I found for :- 'Between Wisdom And Murder' Live at the Supper Club, New York, NY 22.5.96 - Elvis Costello & Steve Nieve (Bootleg) Quality : Superb Tracklisting : Disc 1 [63:05] Disc 2 [55:40] Download Link : [Link] Filesize : 109MB (Including Artwork and Tracklisting) Enjoy! Todays extra download is a set by Jackson Browne that was recorded from FM broadcasts on the 8th and 9th December 1976. The first night was at the R.A.I Congrescentrum, Amsterdam and the second at VPRO Radio studios in Hilversum. The quality of the bootleg is superb and sounds top notch. A top setlist with one of his biggest hits "The Pretender" being played. I've not posted that much by Jackson Browne over the years - more studio albums than boots, so here's one thats thoroughly recommended... Here is a download link I found for :- Live In Hilversum & Amsterdam, Holland 8&9.12.76 - Jackson Browne (Bootleg) Quality : Superb Tracklisting : 01.Something Fine.
