anti-covid paranoia....a big demo in the centre of London. Very many marchers.

Not that the BBC would tell us the truth about it.

Every time I turn on BBC it's something about evil, corrupt Johnson. He took someone else's money to do up what is a publicly owned property. It may have made it more comfortable for him, but also for anyone after him. He also seems to have paid the money back. I don't even care if he didn't. He literally saved the taxpayer money - I guess that is something that is an alien concept to the BBC.
I presume it has nothing to do with Boris' view on the licence fee. Whilst the public pay for the licence fee and the BBC, they really should be asked how much they spend on equality and diversity. I expect it's tens of millions a year and I'm not exaggerating, they're probably proud of it. If they like I'll happily do all of that really hard and important work for them for a couple of hundred grand. That's one saving they can make.

Last night they showed a program called is Uni Racist. A couple of weeks ago They showed one called is the Church racist,

This kind of crap which stirs up rubbish is more to blame for poor race relations than anything else.

And of course, when the BBC ask is something racist, what they are saying is that white people are racist.

Go to your local Asian owned mini market or taxi co and find out how many white people they employ. We don’t have programs on this, just constantly knocking white people and institutions.

I saw a second of Is Uni Racist and turned it off. Of course, there was no effort at balance. I've left my University job due to their total BS and now work only in the community. I'm a historian, not a Social Justice Warrior and I refuse to invent the blatantly untrue or biased. Universities are basically totally woke, I've experienced it for years. How have the BBC decided that university is racist? They have taken one or two isolated incidents and used them to prove the unproveable. Everyone is rushing to research the latest social justice trend in the universities. As a white male, I would be very unlikely to get a job in any third level institution now, they openly have quotas of females and diverse people. My institution has a policy of not taking on white males in order to fulfill a quota. They're proud of that!
Funny story that happened where I worked, a Professor (he's South American himself) edited a collection of essays in a volume on slavery - on the back of the BLM stuff, no surprise there, that's how it works. However, he didn't get any essays from black people. When the volume came out, he was vilified as a racist. He came crying to me about it, I said, what did you expect? You have encouraged the cancel culture, now live with it. Utter BS. White man bad.

It has all got absurd. Last year the British Library prepared a list of over 300 people who may have benefited from wealth gained from colonial violence and included Ted Hughes because he was related to a man named Nicholas Ferrar who was born in 1592. This despite the fact Ferrar wrote a pamphlet condemning the slave trade before it had really begun.

The lack of BBC coverage was a disgrace. And I write that as somebody who does not agree with almost all the sentiments behind the march but it was a serious turn-out, and deserving of reporting.

So we are now blaming the descendants! Does this mean we can blame kids if their fathers are in gangs?

Collective blame is strictly a part of our 'White Privilege.'

The very notion of 'Whiteness' as the root of all evils means that we all have to be held to account for any and everything bad any of our fellow white people did in the past.

Seems “we” are. George Orwell was on the list because of his great-great Grandfather.
Who’s to say that in 20 years time this list won’t include everyone who’s ever driven a car because of crimes against the environment?
