This is an excellent and balanced post. Those that say otherwise are those that are blinded by their love of HF and forget they themselves are the same as those fans that are being treated like rubbish and are deluded if they believe it wont ever happen to them. We must stand up for injustice. If not one day injustice will come calling upon you. And then who will listen/support you?

They spend their spare time creating fanatastic displays (two p**** towers, excluded) for the enjoyment of all Palace fans, they sing tirelessly for 90 minutes every game to try and help the team by lifting the stadium, they turn 45 mins before the kick off to get behind the team during the warm up. Your average fan will do none of the above. They will sit in silence, moan constantly and join in with the occasional chant for 10 seconds after we score. What does this type of fan actually add? People may find my suggestion insulting, and if so, they need to get over themselves. The HF type of fan makes Selhurst Park a vibrant place and different from other English clubs. If you can’t recognise that they put more into than your average Joe, you need a reality check. I think you are forgetting that football is an entertainment industry. Meaning we, the fans (customers) are the ones that have a right to expect entertainment not the other way around. If the HF want to do what they do great. Good luck to them. Its a free country. Dont be a berk and start criticising the rest of us because we just want to turn up and watch our local team play football (and hope we win/play well)

As a matter of interest, when the (so-called) Ultras have got their way & are ensconced in the top of Block E, what happens when the HF/Singing Section decide to have a display that covers the whole of the LH, do the rest of us ST holders have to put up with it?
This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise. |

They deserve more compensation and first dibs on seats in the new stand, which is what your side said the HF should wait for, if it ever happens. But their lives and livelihoods haven’t been ruined by this.

Of course they will. This tantrum from HF is just the beginning. They now know they can get their own way and how to go about getting it. Give it time, with Parish letting them calkl the shots they'll do exactly as they want.

You don’t have to wave a flag but it’s made me laugh all the silent sitters sayiyghe HF should be back making all the noise or starting it off, or how much of ‘a racket they make sat in their seat whilst talking to their 20 acquaintances.

For 5 mins up to 2.59pm probably, yes. You won’t be losing a limb or family member. Next...

You are so lacking in intelligent debate/arguement you use insults, sarcasm, humour (you're not so good at that) and when all else fails you just ignore posts that you cant argue with.

If we get a balanced squad and football decisions for football reasons instead of or as well as business decisions then it may not be a bad thing. Some on these forums know more about football than Parish will in 70 lifetimes.

Hmmm, funny. I haven't heard anyone saying that except those that want the HF back. People like...well, you actually
