Todays first download is a bootleg by Mike Oldfield that was recorded at shows between 1998 and 1999. This is in superb quality and the audio for all tracks has been taken from the soundboard and sounds top notch. I've posted a few boots and albums by Mike Oldfield over the years - this is another top sounding boot. If you like Mike Oldfield - then grab this show... this is thoroughly recommended... Todays second download is a very short set of 3 songs by Al Green that was recorded for the ABC-TV Station in Brooklyn, New York on the 21st February 1976. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from the soundboard and sounds top notch. Boots in good quality by Al Green are very rare - I only have a couple myself. If you like Al Green then grab this short show... this is thoroughly recommended... Todays extra download is a set by Camel that was recorded in Mannheim on the 31st October 2013. This is an audience recorded show - one of the few that I've decided to post - as the quality is fantastic for an audience recorded show. The band play their classic album "The Snow Goose" in full and then go on to other material in the bands large selection of material. They finish with a 15minute version of "Lady Fantasy". If you like Camel - then grab this one... this is great stuff.... Todays first download is a set by Sheryl Crow that was recorded in Dublin, Ireland on the 23rd November 1996. This is in superb quality and the audio for the show has been taken from an FM broadcast and sounds top notch. Sheryl Crow boots in good quality and fairly rare - I only have a few myself, so when I see them I grab them. This is good show with a top setlist which includes her two biggest hits "If It Makes You Happy" and "All I Wanna Do" both being played. If you like Sheryl Crow, this is thoroughly recommended... Todays second download is a set by Elton John that was recorded at the Wembley Arena on the 12th December 1985. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from the soundboard and sounds not notch. A great setlist on this one with cracking versions of "Rocketman" "Bennie And The Jets" "Your Song" and "I'm Still Standing" being performed. I've not posted much by Elton in the past - in fact more boots than studio recorded stuff... so if you like Elton John live - this is thoroughly recommended.... Todays extra download is a bootleg of studio outtakes and live tracks recorded in 1974 by Steely Dan. There is no more infomation available on these. I don't think I've posted these before as they are sourced from vinyl apparently and I couldnt see these tracks in my files. It has some rare tracks like Your Gold Teeth II included and the final two tracks are the classics "Do It Again" and "Reelin' In The Years". If you like Steely Dan - grab this one .. Todays first download is a set by Paul Young that was recorded in Melbourne, Australia on the 8th June 1985. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from the soundboard and sounds top notch. I've not posted much by Paul Young according to my files - just one previous bootleg from a BBC show in 1987. This one features his two biggest single hits "Love Of The Common People" and "Wherever I Lay My Hat (That's My Home) both being played. If you like Paul Young then grab this show... this is thoroughly recommended... According to my files this is only the second bootleg by this band that I've posted - I previously posted their set at this years Glastonbury Festival. Todays extra download is the first bootleg or album by this band that I've posted - but it wont be the last. They are called The Del Lords and this is a set recorded at the Tower Theater, Philadelphia on the 3rd March 1985. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from an FM broadcast of the show and sounds top notch. This band were only around for 4 years and then split but they released 5 studio albums and 1 live album during that time. I also have a later bootleg by this band to post in the next day or two - so give this one a try....
