Oh good I have a yellow...i give up. Looks like a snowflake reported you. Mind you, I suppose it was for calling him a bellend. You're right though...when it gets to the reporting stage it's probably not worth it. Edited by Stirlingsays (16 Jul 2017 12.08am)

Because they were easily offended. That said, I agree that once the more 'no no' terms are used that things can quickly go south.....and the rules on swearing are for sensible reasons. However, I think a person should warn someone first before they report them....It's bad form otherwise. It usually kills the thread and creates suspicion and resentment....something we hardly need more of. I quite like my opponents on here....I moan at them, they moan at me. We rant at life. We don't see eye to eye, but we know the line.

I still have no idea what my yellow is for but I did refer to Trump as 'abysmal' Obviously Trump reads this thread to keep abreast of brexit and he understandably complained.

I celebrated when Trump beat Clinton....though I most definitely had mixed feelings about it...I find the medical and anti science stuff abhorrent.....But I think it was his anti PC stuff I like the most...apart from finding Clinton also abhorrent...oh and how the liberal elite laughed at him and continually predicted his demise...To a lesser extent Corbyn has parallels there with that. There's a sense of the ridiculous about Trump. When ever anyone takes life too seriously you need to lift your head back up and see who Americans voted in to lead the free world. Still, a lot of his votes were a rejection of 'progressivism'. The Democrats have been taken over by it and the majority of people quite rightly reject it.

I do feel that being remanded in Belmarsh awaiting extradition is going a bit too far.

Thanks, I thought a snowflake was a supporter of white power; like white over black, hence the inference. Personally, I don't report people, as their continued posting generally says more about them than a red/ yellow card. Quite funny when accused though.

It is the problem with the race to the margins politics both right and left. It polarises many people opinions; however, it does leave a large centre ground ripe for picking by a savvy politician. I think May to a certain extent tried. By throwing the BREXIT bone to the rabid right of the Tory Party she hoped to bring in what would have been called "wet" Tory social policy. But the fiscal gaps are too big and she would not have been able to keep any semblance of austerity and that was why the Tories did not cost their manifesto which was stupid. Edited by pefwin (16 Jul 2017 12.42pm) I noticed that May actually tried to be honest to a certain extent about spending. She stupidly tried to be honest about social care. It, like lots of stuff, did her up like a kipper when the manifestos were compared. Labour's were full of sweeties and the Tories was uninspiring.

I can't keep up with all the new terms.....I've only just got round to 'snowflake' as an easily offended person. I don't like all this new fangled stuff.....I've become a grumpy old man in his forties.
