Todays extra download is a set by Kiss that was recorded at the Michigan Palace, Detroit MI. on the 7th April 1974. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from an FM broadcast of the show and it sounds top notch. I've lost count of how many boots and albums by Kiss I've posted, but I can't see this one in my files. If you like Kiss - then grab this one... it has an early version of the song "Let Me Go, Rock And Roll" which is called "Baby, Let Me Go". This is thoroughly recommended... Todays first download is a set by Eric Clapton that was recorded in Rio De Janiero, Brazil on the 13th October 2001. This is in superb quality and the audio for the set has been taken from the soundboard and sounds top notch. I've posted stacks of boots and albums by ole slowhand over the years and I thought I'd posted this one before - the cover looks vaguely familiar.. but I can't see it in my files. This is great stuff and a top set with some real classic tracks like "Badge" "Hoochie Coochie Man" "Cocaine" and of course the classic "Layla". If you like EC then this is thoroughly recommended... Todays second download is a set by Gene Clark & Friends that was recorded at the Three T's, Evansville, IN on the 15th May 1985. This show was a 20th Anniversary tribute to The Byrds and is in superb quality with the audio being taken from the soundboard - and it sounds great!. Some classics on this one including the hits "Eight Miles High" and "Turn, Turn, Turn". If you like Gene Clark or The Byrds then grab this show.. this is great stuff and thoroughly recommended.. Todays extra download is Midlake in session for Bob Harris on BBC Radio 2, performing three tracks from their new album Antiphon. This is in superb quality and the audio has been taken from an FM broadcast and it sounds top notch as you would expect from the BBC. I recently posted the bands album "Antiphon" and if you downloaded that - then grab this live set a try. This is great stuff and is thoroughly recommended... This is in superb quality and the audio for the show has been taken from a dvd audio rip and it sounds fantastic. I've posted a lot of boots by Kansas over the years - they are a top band and this is another crackin' set for the collection. If you like Kansas - this is thoroughly recommended....
