hi there staffie, i know i've got one on your 'to find list' but there is a local band to me called, Keston cobblers club and i've been quite impressed with their sound, folky stuff, they released an album in 2012 called One for words, just wondering perchance thanks

Todays first download is a set by Bryan Ferry that was recorded in Paris, France on the 3rd September 2013. This is in superb quality and the audio for the show has been taken from a DAB digital broadcast and it sounds absolutely crystal clear - top notch sound quality. On this show BF performs some of his solo classics as well as some from his days with Roxy Music - jazz style. In 2012 BF released a new album called "The Jazz Age" backed with The Bryan Ferry Orchestra (BFO). If you like Bryan Ferry I strongly suggest you grab this one - it's BF/Roxy Music - jazz style and it sounds wicked!!... this is thoroughly recommended.... Todays second download is a set by Black Sabbath that was recorded at The Sting, New Britain, Connecticutt on the 8th February 1994. This is in superb quality and the audio for the show has been taken from the soundboard and sounds top notch. I've posted loads and loads of BS bootlegs and albums over the years - this is another top sounding show for the collection. Unfortunately, there is no Ozzie on this one - and for me, Sabbath without Ozzie just don't seem right. Tony Martin does his best on the vocals and gives 100pct as does drummer Bobby Rondelli - leaving only Toni Iommi and Geezer Butler as the bands only original members. If you like Sabbath - go for it... Todays extra download isn't a bootleg but it is a live album. This is the new one by Status Quo that was recorded at Wembley Arena on the band Frantic Four Reunion 2013. Quo have been around forever and still get the crowd going... this is great stuff..... Todays first download is a set by the Arctic Monkeys that was recorded at the Austin City Limits Festival, Zilker Park. Austin. TX on the 11th October 2013. This is in superb quality and the audio for the set has been taken from the soundboard and it sounds top notch. The monkeys have been doing the festival rounds this summer and using them to promote their latest album "AM". This is a wicked set with the latest single "Why'd You Only Call Me When You're High?". If you grabbed any of the other shows by AM that I've posted recently - grab this one as well.... this is probably the best sounding out of all of them.... Todays extra download is another recent set by Paul McCartney that was recorded at the BBC's Radio 6, Maida Vale Studios, London on the 16th October 2013. This is in superb quality with the audio being taken from a webcast rip of the show - and the quality is top notch - crystal clear sound. Macca has been doing to rounds lately and promoting his latest album called "New" (which I've already posted) - and I've previously posted a couple of shows promoting the album. If you downloaded any of those and liked them - grab this short set - which also features a Q&A with the audience.. these files can be deleted if not wanted. A wicked version of "Knights Of Cydonia" on this one - with Ennio Morriconne's Man With A Harmonica intro - this is great stuff and if you like Muse this is thoroughly recommended....
