I think Dyche is a backward step as I say he'll only attract the Joey Bartons of this world.hardly the manager we are looking for as we get ready for our 5th season in the prem. As I say his an ok manager but we've moved on and need someone better than Dyche. Burnley's budget is tiny. Remember Pardew brought Benteke to the club after we'd been in a relegation battle. I don't think recruitment would be an issue.

But you want Monk, who was sacked by Swansea for poor performance. Who do you think he is going to attract? I've been to a lot of grounds in the North West but not Burnley. Monk finished 8th when he was Swansea manager. I just feel Monk is a better manager than Dyche my opinion not yours.simples.

I know he's been mentioned before but given the lack of news from anyone attached to the club maybe we are following someone who's still involved somewhere... Deportivo Alaves currently playing Barca in the Copa del Rey - I know literally nothing about them or their manager (except that he's wearing jeans) and this is based on nothing other than pure guess work but given that others seem to be throughly against the likes of Monk and Dyche I don't think it'd be a bad thing to explore the possibilities of a foreign coach. That being said, as we have a strong French speaking contingent surely if there was to be a slight language barrier French would be the way to go?? Maybe a few managerial changes later we'll end up with Puel from Southampton.
