You want to take the risk and leave. Fair enough. But I think you may have talked yourself into believing there is no risk. Well, not a significant one with your 'rationale'. Dangerous territory.

Answer my TTIP point above, please. Tell me that isn't a risk associated with staying in the EU.

Keep digging, diverting and poking. It makes you look a little stupid. You've moved from "ha typo!" to "niggling on a word" and finally to "waaah! It doesn't mean anything! Waaah!". What next?

I don't pretend to be an expert in economics, but to suggest that the Swiss cannot capitalise on markets of that size, when they have the highest GDP/capita and deal extensively in financial services ("industry"?? - actual lol) is frankly laughable. Moreover, it suggests the availability of such markets to Swiss companies for growth potential and emerging market exploitation is (conveniently, for your ideology) not a metric for trading success.

So, I take from your argument that we shouldn't be out of the EU and free to open up huge markets to free trade, because we can't maximise our benefit from it? Is that really your argument? Poor little Iceland trading with the Chinese! How shortsighted of them not to give that up and join the EU, where they would enjoy er... none of the trade deals they previously had.

By your logic, FTAs should only ever be signed by economies of the same scale, right? Shall we ask the EU why they just signed an FTA with Serbia then?

haven't done this for ages but fairs fair.

Kerm you have been owned good and proper.

If I were to vote Brexit TTIP would be may main reason as to why as it stands. Parts of it stink.

However, other more important things trump it for me. A peaceful long-term future for the next generations for one.

If you're going dispute the figure, you'd better be damn sure you have one yourself to counter the claim.

I'll wait.

Fluffy cop out answer. Outdone by evidence.

Utterly irrelevant, but I'll take that as concession that you're out of your depth. Let's move on.

It's not irrelevant (no ports) and you've lost the financial plot man. The question you need to find the answer to - in order to present a logical case - is what percentage of that trillions can Switzerland reasonably expect to tap into rather than give the false impression that they have access to all of the markets therein.

I like the rants though. They make you seem intelligent even if non-sensical.

The Remains don't deny that the EU is a mess that needs reforming. Sadly, they have deluded themselves , or are trying to fool us, that Britain can influence a big reform. This is a total fantasy of course since we have failed to do so up until now and our chances of ever doing so are diluted every time a new member joins.

The real truth is that Britain will become ever more marginalised in a United States of Europe and our democratic system will count for next to nothing in all the big decision making.

We have to make a stand now or see the process accelerated and the borders of Britain become meaningless. It is coming if we vote to stay in.

Any financial downturn will be short term and we will be stuck with being the European equivalent of Oregon.
