Stoke 6-3. My supervisor was a little bit peeved that i kept disappearing to check my phone for the score, especially when we had an area manager visit.

I'm missing the Weed at home this year due to a course I'm doing. Hope we win of course, but maybe not another 5-0 drubbing!

Apart from missing the 5-0 win over the weed believe it or not, i probably regret missing the match in the december when we went up when we lost 3-0 at home to Crewe and the crowd was chanting for the fog. It was the only home match i missed that season and although i heard it on the radio it hurt not being there even though it was the lowest point possible for us. E

The play off final at home v Blackburn Rovers. I had been to the first leg up at Blackburn for which we had lost 3-1 knowing that the second leg was on the day my niece was getting married. I had an earpiece in during the service and was told on a few occasions to keep it quite as we went on to win the game after extra time. What makes it worse is that they broke up a couple of years back!

Play-off Final 2003/2004... My dad got hold of a ticket and as far as i knew i was going, got a phone call the day of the game at about 5am saying that it had gone up from about £40 to £300. My dad does not like football and or Palace and was not going to pay that much money out, wicth is fair i spose, i mean it was his money. But none the laess, never been so gutted.

I missed both the Wembley play-offs due to a girlfriend giving it the guilt treatment, had a ticket with my mates to both, but she wanted to go as well which I was having none of, so got my mates to sell the tickets there and watched it on the box. Not together anymore by the way. A bit confused Palace Chick, as you've got your birth date down as 1989. How could you have missed the Palace vs Blackburn due to a neices wedding??? when you would've been six months old.I went to both legs and that was before
Haven't got a fav player at the moment as they're all playing like overpaid c*nts |

sorry to hear about yer niece and her erstwhile spouse. hopefully they didn't invite you round for a 'break-up meal' the day of the west ham final. as for me, the game i most regret missing was the fa cup final, first game. i was down at portsmouth at college at the time and couldn't get tickets. least i made it to the semi. (less said about the replay the better.) wrighty's first goal will live with me forever! Edited by morganistic (08 Sep 2005 8:04pm)
