According to the FA's rules, no participant in football can place a bet on any football match or competition that takes place anywhere in the world. This includes any bets on the outcome of the match, the scoreline, the number of corners or goals, or any other aspect of the game.

It could be that some with their moral high ground do the lottery or even bet on us and football during the season. Not with bet88 though so it’s ok

Much better shirt than last years , and I like a bet so no problem with the sponsor not that Ive ever heard of them . On the betting addiction ,yes its a serious issue but people with addictive personalities haven't got them because of a football shirt . You really couldn't make it up

Nothing you've said above contradicts what I posted; in summary that Palace players are NOT banned from using the services of the shirt sponsor.

I’m not being funny but is this reaction not a bit over the top. I know gambling affects many people and families and one of my best friends lost his family over it. Alcohol affects many more but we happily allow gazillions to be drunk every home game. There is no protest about us going alcohol free at Selhurst. You are missing the point... the company doesn't exist.. they have no product. Their brand, ok someone looks it up, it won't generate business as there's nothing there... and if they do find something, it's not going to recoup the money it has spent. Ok, let's say it is a start up company, they should have had 6/9 months already set up with social media and a website to really capitalize - they have nothing. So why would someone invest several million pounds on a deal like this, what do they get in return? Match fixing, agents? Laundering money back into London? Parish, taking 2/3 million extra from this deal, where in reality a more established brand with a reputation could be on our shirts and no drama - is it really worth it? It smells like fraud.. Parish mate, you've scored an own goal with this - we should not be aligning ourselves with a tin pot 'company' like this. Such a let down.

All round the world there is evidence of a breaking down society. The wheels are coming off. Online gambling is well out of control now. Debt is totally out of control. Gambling is a symptom of the problem. The fact that unknown outfits like this can splash this sort of cash is evidence that we are all facing trouble ahead.
