Not good results today but there will be more twists and turns before the end of season

Luton 5 points behind & we are 5 points from the bottom 3.
I cannot see where the next points are coming from as all the fixtures are difficult. The easiest games are West Ham at home & Fulham away.
Letting goals late on in games may cost us a place in the Premiership.

We could be in trouble here. Our fixtures are not looking good, and I expect all the teams below us to get a few more wins.

I'm hoping that Everton get another big deduction.

We’re going to have to win more than seven matches to stay up…..who’d have thought it. Wet Spam, Newcastle, Manure at home all games we have won in recent seasons. Time for the team to stand up and be counted.

The spectre of Oldham is growing.

Luton have shown spirit, been really unfortunate at home to some of the big boys and have the positive mindset of being in the ascendancy much like we did in 2014.

We don't look good enough and haven't been able to find enough momentum due to the thinness of the squad which has also led to an over reliance on two players.

I think the manager's doing a good job but we're really poor. What a mess.

Optimism of easily staying up is beginning to fade, as we badly need at least one win and looking at our challenging remaining fixtures, cannot see where that elusive win is coming from as teams around us begin to show some form.
Everton need another significant points deduction to help our cause!!

If we can't win 3 more games this season we deserve to go down.

Luton winning is extremely disappointing but I'm looking at it this way.

They have five games left to make up 5 points on us. Their next game is away to Man City which, barring a huge upset, you'd expect them to lose. That would give them four games to makes up five points. That's a lot.

We have six games left. If we can take maybe 4 points from those games, their job will be borderline impossible.

With Olise back, we have to imagine we can at least manage that. If not then yes, perhaps we deserve to go down.

We only have seven left, so how can we win more ? Ridiculous post.

i believe what Davepalace is saying is that we have to win more than the 7 (that we have already won) in a season to stay up! Hopefully that makes sense. Ollie's Dad,Ash.

We will easily stay up. Don’t panic. My feeling is that we will be safe before we play Man Utd at home. However, it will possibly be our lowest points tally since we got promoted.
