I don't mind watching championship games as the teams are more balanced other than millionaires playing paupers which we are enduring now.
I get why people are desperate to stay in the premier league but I'm now just bored sh!tless now with our football.
We don't seem to have moved forward in last few years & seems every other club has money other than us.
I don't blame Roy although hate his football but he shouldn't even ever been appointed for this season
Our owners are just out of ideas & bottle it every year.
As for booing it's a build up of emotions from fans they need to release as don't cheer much anymore to release it.
Adults go to watch football to let out frustration of everyday life you can shout & cheer letting it all out.
Can't do that then it's panto time again ...Boo...

Apropos booing,I recall a conversation I had with a temulent, gruff, grumpy gentleman many years ago in a Public House in your 'Neck of the woods'. I asserted that I had been a supporter since the 60s, and suspected that at some stage I expressed by disapproval in such a manner. He deemed this unacceptable and we had a strident exchange of views before he did an 'About turn' and departed. He really was a rude twerp.

I feel sick - don't have the energy to boo. I'm past the angry stage. This is more farcical than anything else.

Managers probably meriting a boo…

Venables 2nd time around, Bruce, Allardyce, Pulis (all retrospectively for lack of loyalty)

Managers who should never be booed…
Sir Steven, Warnock, Kember and Roy.

Plenty of others on a spectrum between these two groups.

I may be very gen X, but I never expected to be in the top flight for 11 years.
I wouldn’t be unfurling banners about the chairman either.
Why air your laundry in public on such a chilly day as this?
All it does is create a sense of doom.

Even if we only stay up because others have overspent and kopped points deductions, who’s the mug?

There's been a sense of doom for quite a while now and if you watch regularly I'm surprised you haven't noticed.
