Who puts a time limit on these visas and why is the question. Is it our hmg or the eu being spiteful as they got the hump that we left. I don’t know who but be interested to know.

It was my dream to play for Palace and to make my debut. I've always played for the club so if I'm playing here, I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

Challenges weren't what was promised though, were they?

The " experts " you mention are far from that. BoE has got everything wrong for years. CBI is a political lobbying body, the House of Lords LMFAO.

Roger Daltrey has a different view to you.

Referencing the Beatles is simply bizarre, that was before the EU existed so you would then be in favour of no EU.

Too bad the music industry has apparently been made more difficult, ULEZ has made life difficult and expensive for thousands in the London area.

Presumably EU musicians are similarly restricted so many more opportunities available in the UK where these EU musicians are jobs cancelled.

You asked for one example. I gave you one tiny example of the many that people all over the country face. You choose to dismiss it because it doesn't fit in with your Brexit faith.

Daltrey is a perfect example of someone cheerleading Brexit, and not liking it when Johnson "got Brexit done".
And now, like someone who cancelled their gym membership, but still expects to use gym...: "Daltrey also complained about the difficulties currently facing musicians who wish to tour around Europe, as they face costly delays caused by red tape and the ongoing lorry queues at Dover."

I regret very little about Brexit but I do think its a shame that musicians cannot just move around and entertain people like they used to.

And struggle to believe an agreement cannot have been reached about this.

But such is the political class at the moment.

Would be interesting to know if the Beatles did need work permits when they were over in Hamburg?

HKphooey probably one of the most arrogant and obnoxious nuts on here. And that's saying something.

If it's not perceived as such by the recipient then there's no issue.

That the term itself gets the ridicule it deserves doesn’t mean there isn’t an issue. Just so long as some continue to believe that the only reason others seek to rejoin the EU is because they are embittered remainers then their language needs to be called out.

The battles of the past are done but the war isn’t. Whilst clearly there is a hard-line core who never accepted the EU from the start and campaigned throughout our membership to see us leave, there were many others who got sold by the promises. Enough to gain the slim majority it did which was then, foolishly, accepted by Parliament on the basis of a very poor exit “deal”.

I have no doubt, confirmed by poling, that more than enough have revised their ideas. They have visited the promised land, tasted the grass, and decided it was a mistake.

Al that now stands in the way is political timing.

Rejoiner is the obvious and accurate term.

In the article it states that extensions can be requested. Is that how you read it ?

They may have just chanced it.

Paul McCartney needed a guitar and bought a Hoffner while in Hamburg for £30.

Does it still exist, it was believed stolen, Sir Paul and others searching high and low.

Must be worth millions.

Those were the days.....

No problem. Carry on calling out. France didn't want us there in the first place so they're unlikely to be particularly welcoming now.

Doesn't explain how the Beatles, and others, coped 10 years before we joined the Common Market.
