No idea what has happened to him the last couple of weeks, even his passing is accurate now. Think we have to blame RR (Roy & Ray) for that, still hope we invest in a younger right ack come transfer window. Showed some extraordinary skills yesterday even Zaha would have been proud of.

Seeing Jack Hunt score the winning penalty last night reminded me that he's another RB who was brought in to challenge Ward's position.

AWB
Clyne
Hunt
Supposedly Richards & Ferguson are RB (although I think they're CB)

He just outlives all of them!

Exciting player and cover as LB or RB

With you until 'despite injuries over the course of the season'
Versatility would have been great.

My daughter has asked me to pop in the shop tomorrow and buy her ‘yet another’ Joel Ward little plastic figure, the name of them escapes me, so she still loves him!!

She’s 29 btw

I've sent in a writ of Habeas Corpus for Ferguson, as I struggle to believe he actually exists.

Who is this Habeas Corpus? and can he play right back?

Go out your front door, stop the first person you see, offer them 30k a week and sign them as our right back. You will have signed a useful replacement for Ferguson.

It’s a shame one of my neighbours died, he was 92 and only had one leg and that was wooden, he would’ve been fitter than Ferguson

Appropriately as les aiglons translates as the eaglets

Enjoying getting up later and not having someone who knows better than me (apart from the missus of course).

I love Joel Ward and he has been a solid reliable RB over many years. But he's not getting any younger and hes up against some of the fastest and trickiest young wingers in the world in this league. I think he would still make a good squad player but we need a young modern right back that has the energy to get up and down the wing constantly for 95 minutes.
