Richards having another good game. So that's a positive. Other than that it's hard to make a case for anyone else. Possibly they're tired, but they're professional athletes and it's only half-time, so it's not really an excuse. Newcastle the better team, but I hate what they stand for now so somehow I just hope we find a way of spoiling their run.

Let's be honest, Guehi is lucky to be on the pitch, but that's the ref's fault as he has been so inconsistent with his cards - do refs only book Palace players now? He shouldn't have given a yellow for the first (or as he did he should have also booked Trippier and Bruno). Also, why didn't VAR at least look at the Wilf incident? The replay clearly shows Trippier is pulling his arm. I think the ref has just been poor rather than biased, but it does feel like things aren't going our way with decisions in recent times.

Eze has been a total waste of space and his tracking back / tackling has been pathetic…half hearted at best!

Bad miss from Richards, that header should’ve been planted back across the goal into the far corner. Newcastle had no one on the post.

Been saying this for a good while. He'll not make the Ballon D'Or at this rate. Ridiculously over rated.

If ever a game needed a goal to give it a bit of motivation...

and at this stage I don't really care who scores it!

although I would prefer it to be us

Pawson is being a right cvnt as usual. Booked Guhie for the first challange of the whole match and carded him . There has been at least two worse tackles from the fagpies and nothing given. Guhie walking a tightrope now. Giving us nothing . w***ar

The foul was committed outside the box and VAR will only intervene if it’s inside…ie a penalty.

Newcastle are not great, we could sneak this if we believe and start playing positive
