I’l have a meltdown if he starts. He has been woeful.

Personally I don't rate him as highly as some on here do. His work rate and avoidance of the combative side of the game means that he is a luxury we can't afford, particularly so when other areas of the pitch need reinforcing.
To give him the benefit of the doubt, I put this down to Vieira's formation. To build a house one must have a solid foundation first.

I recall hearing, probably 4 or 5 years ago, that Eze needed to improve his work off the ball, that he needed to add discipline and work rate to his game and later heard that when he is on it he is unplayable but the problem being that he hasn't always been on it.

The match preview in the Guardian (which is often accurate) has both Eze and Olise starting in midfield alongside Doucoure with Ayew, Edouard and Zaha as a front three.
Certainly a bold selection which might at least create a few chances.
However, it runs contrary to the views of many here (including me ) who would prefer to see the midfield strengthened.

If we don't win today, I'm not going to another away game this year.

Huh. I'll support them thick and thin this year. Next year I'm not so sure........

I have now sufficient funds to last me the rest of my life. Provided I don't buy anything.

Play Doucoure further up the field.
Play Luka as the defensive midfielder.
Play Ward at left back.
Play a centre forward.
Drop Eze and Schlupp
Play -
Guaita
Clyne
Ward
Guehi
Anderson
Luka
Doucoure
Olise
Wilf
Edouarde
Ayew

A bit unbalanced I accept but this team stands a chance - draw or win
No centre forward and we will likely lose

I am well known on HOL for predicting defeats and being an 'Elijah of doom' but for some inexplicable reason I have predicted a draw for this afternoon's encounter.

My predictions have proven to be wrong on many, many occasions, however I am confident in predicting that should we suffer another defeat,HOL will be awash with those spitting out fury like a hail of machine gun fire.

Another gutless performance today will see alarm bells ringing and significant activity in the window will be vital,if we wish to stay in this league. One or two cheap loan signings will simply not do!!

There is not going to be any "Significant activity" in the transfer market.
Apropos Loans, we did manage to acquire Gallagher on loan and that didn't work out too badly !

Same here. Vieira said something in an interview that he wants competition so his players avoid complacency. How can this be, when he plays Eze and Schlupp every match, and leaves Hughes and Luka on the bench every match?

Eze has been so bad lately, there's no reason why Hughes shouldn't have gotten a start ahead of him by now. It's gotten so bad that I'd settle for a player who would try for 90 minutes, and surely Hughes would give that over Eze.

Wouldn’t surprise me if Schlupp was put on the bench and ends up on the pitch 15 -25 yards away from where he should be.
