His pl experience and maturity could do Fulham well now, and in the future wherever they go...'Luka, Luka, he's from Serbia...,' I remember explaining that one to my daughter when singing it at Southampton...thankyou Luka, great memories mate.x

The one that immediately comes to mind was against Leicester at home, scoring in the Whitehorse end -
which one were you thinking of ?

I see there are a lot of rumours circulating about Everton being after him, probably because of the potential fee involved.

I think he will either goto Fulham because of Marco Silva (his previous boss at Olympiakos), and indeed back to Olympiakos themselves.

Plus his mate Mitrovic (NYE lockdown party)

Bring back Brolin

He has been brilliant for us albeit he has slowed down.
I wish him well

Everton's midfield already looks slow and lacking in dynamism, which would make Luka an odd choice. For whatever reason his decision making is now way off what is needed for the speed of the PL. He still has a good passing range, but that's no good if you need time and space to pick that pass. Maybe a move will address that, but I think he's done as a top flight player. It's a shame as he was probably my favourite player in his first two seasons.

Talk today of Nottingham Forest now entering the race to sign him.

This may have all been triggered by reports that Luka has verbally agreed a 3.5mill move back to Olympiacos.

I'm new to this story.
Are we seriously looking at Luka leaving and for a fee too?!!!

Two seasons ago the man still had something to offer. Since then, little.
He's a leader and probably a great trainer in the squad, but are teams honestly looking to snare a 31 year old who is past it?

I ain't got nuthin' funny to say. Sorry.

I believe I can answer this one - 'Apparently'.

Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!!

I think in the right midfield he can still do a job at this level. Just not the way we want to play.

For the teams coming up, signing a couple of players that know how to survive is vital. Luka will provide some experience on and off the field, plus he's a good pen taker.

For the overseas interest, he's more then good enough to move to a slower league.

Yes, I've heard whispers about extensive drug-taking among footballers too.

Haha took me a minute to work out I'd missed a word out.

If it were true though, who would people's money be on as the highest
