For some reason, the second roast (on the Sunday) using leftovers, tasted better than the one on Saturday. Just more flavoursome, and a tad more melty-in-the mouth. BIIIIG TUMMY.

Massive increase in the flavour of everything. Definitely best with the turkey cooked on Christmas Eve. One less thing to fret about on the day and more time for a pre-lunch livener.
Dad and I watched games standing on the muddy slope of the Holmesdale Road end. He cheered and I rattled. |

News,...hot off the press. Bathroom cabinet put up by midday. Pork joint, 1.2kg, subsequently put in Ninja oven, at 180 degrees for 1 hour. There won't be much leftovers, except something for the dogs and my sandwiches tomorrow.
