Sure, but I mean would the posting be seen as prejudicial?

I suppose they could be potentially, but if Greenwood is prosecuted on the strength of the photos then maybe the judge could instruct any jury ( if it went to trial ) to disregard the Instagram posting which has already been removed.

Different sort of case, I know, but that one-sided publicity nearly ruined a man's life and livelihood for over 2 years, and in some minds he's no doubt still tainted with it, despite being totally innocent.

With the photos and the audio in this case, there undoubtedly is something to be answered for, but trial by public opinion on social media, for me, is never the right way.
