Defence has now finished so I guess it is for the judge to sum up and then the jury.

I have a feeling that GM is guilty however I was surprised at how poor the prosecution case was I have only looked at media reports but there doesn't seem to have been a smoking gun.

Nothing much from either side from what's been reported.

Yup pictures of a massage table, so what? Picture of GM nude well he's rich and can afford a picture of his girlfriend, proves nothing. I suspect that jury will have to decide on their verdict by looking at the 4 "victims" statements.

My legal head would say there is no evidence. However, with my suspicious head on, I would say a "Not Guilty" verdict would likely not be enough to sate the publics blood lust.

As you can't get a 'tiny bit guilty' verdict, she'll likely walk free, with advice to avoid schools and other places where young girls might be.

I disengage, I turn the page.

And this one....is more serious but I like even more.

Thank you for reminding me of the second video, it does make me chuckle.

'unexpectedly fast-moving trial'.

Rushed through for public consumption?

From the land where supreme court judges are political appointees.

i bet its a prison cell that is hermetically sealed from the outside World. The press, the media, any intermediaries.

Surely if you are a mover & shaker.....you want to keep her very very quiet ?

So…the verdict was a bad thing and she should have been released?

Definitely the right result, but at the same time the selective pushing of a version of events that omits much of what happened, why they were left alone to behave in this way, and who benefited from it. That will likely never be acknowledged, and as such I would expect that there are other Epsteins out there, given free reign, while working on behalf of others for the purpose of blackmailing the rich and powerful.
