Is it just me, or has everybody noticed the distinct absence of 'ITK dazza' & also 3t's. We are now 8 official days into the Jan Transfer Window, where are they, whats happened to them, Q?'s need to be answered.

Anyhoo, apart from the fact Roy wont use any of our U23's(unless a dire emergency) why can they come thru to the 1st team? They aint gonna get experience unless they play, plus the fact, they will save the vlub a shed loads of money in the short &/or long time.

Question? Is the club operating separate bubbles for the first team squad and the Academy players? Might that be a factor?

It is totally stupid to overlook any quality 30 year old who can do the business in order to bring down the average age - this can be achieved by bringing in a couple of promising youngsters and off loading the dead wood. Far too much importance is being attributed to the average age of the squad imo.
The important factors for all our squad should be fitness, performance levels, effort and ability ( not necessarily in that order) not being the wrong side of 30.

I believe Mattteo was trying add value to HOL and being informative with his screeds of players from abroad, probably most of whom many on here has not even heard of beforehand.

I for one used to peruse his posts to further my knowledge of players and I did find his contributions of value.
