Tom called himself a Nazi then said on the grooming thread 'As far as I’m concerned I’d be more than happy to take things into my own hands. This scum are not welcome here'. But obviously if I'm missing the hilarious joke in all this I'm happy to be proved wrong.
If punk ever happened I'd be preaching the law, instead of listenin to Lydon lecture BBC4 |

So if you make a joke about being a bit of a Nazi married to a Jew, and then you admit to much anger over rapists that violence is possible....that means you've admitted to being a Nazi. 2 + 2 = 5 I mean I don't know in any instance that the Nazis allowed mixed race people into its club but hey I guess you must be knowledgeable about their latest admittance procedures.

What did the Nazis believe? A turbocharged form of ethno-nationalism alongside a pathological hatred of liberal institutions, backed up by pseudo-scientific beliefs about genetic inferiority in certain races and eugenics. I can't for the life of me imagine why you're so keen to defend one Stirling...

Need to call it for what it was. A terrorist attack abliet one that seems to have a rather confusing ideological justification/excuse. It will be described as being anti-Islamic but given that the man's manifesto calls for nations such as Israel and the Philippines to be wiped off the face of the map, perhaps a little more nuanced. No further arguement. Sums up all terrorist activity whatever your core values are.

However as more information about this particular atrocity becomes clearer, it is obvious that the perpetrator was bat-s*** crazy. That does not mean it should not be categorized as a terrorist attack because there clearly was a political agenda of a sort at play here but the really interesting part, at least in terms of the wider political zeitgeist, is how people react to it. Anybody who can shoot up bars in a democratic society is clearly an oxygen thief but would we say the same about French Resistance fighters in WW2 doing similar to a cafe full of German soldiers? It is not necessarily the action that is beyond the pale but what drives people to commit such actions that we judge on. Edited by Matov (21 Feb 2020 12.15pm)

When you've got more of an issue of what the BBC call something rather than the heinous act itself does it not make you stop and think something has gone wrong somewhere down the line? Absolutely, the BBC are falsly reporting, twisting stuff to paint a diffrent pictures of what a lot of the UK thinks about current affairs. The BBC in it self Is a massive story with its "impartially" when have assians ever been called racist for stabbing people? Never because as soon as the BBC start floating the idea Asians CAN be racist then it upsets the PC brigade. Edited by dannyboy1978 (21 Feb 2020 1.05pm)

Oliver Cromwell, Lord Trevelyan, Imperialism , genocide, ethnic cleansing, the Slave Trade etc etc. Not to mention the antiSemitism of Corbyn. Edited by PalazioVecchio (21 Feb 2020 7.04pm)
