We have a threadbare squad , punching way above their weight, but we are still having our most successful time ever in the Premier League.
Seems an odd time to start boycotting season ticket sales, I'd much rather be battling for our lives in the top division, than be on the outside looking in.
As long as we are in the Premier League I don't imagine the powers that be at Palace would give two hoots about any boycott.

Some people just love to complain and whinge and be angry about everything. It seems to be a trait of large swathes of the English population.

As you said, we are massively overachieving this season based on our injury list.

Absolutely, and credit to Hodgson his coaching staff and of course the players, some of whom have been carrying injuries but playing and giving their best for the cause.

That said, whilst we have accumulated 28 points, we could really hit 'Pitchy seas' between now until the end of the season. In Pardew's last season we had attained 31 pts at this stage and were 7th in the table but only acquired 11 more and finished 15th. If we attain a 11 more points, this should be enough to ensure survival but it could be close.

And herein lies the problem.
Our squad is so paper thin that players can't be rotated like in most other teams, leading to longer term injuries.

Just taking a wild guess that the board are seeing how close we can get to 40 points before the window closes so they dont have to get their wallet out. My bet, two free transfers and a loan deal on deadline day. No one under 25 years of age.

I haevn't renewed my season ticket this season for same reasons (as well as others) that some have stated. I still go to a few matches.

I used to enjoy the Championship. Most matches were at 3pm on a Saturday and you never knew what was going to happen.

Our performances (barely any shots on goal) and squad warrant a relegation battle, but Roy's too boring to even give us that :-)

Hard to compare with the plonker Pardew, Hodgson has order and organisation that's probably why he hates to make subs because he doesn't like to admit he needs them and so far no one can say he is wrong because of our amount of points, every single time we were trying to hold onto a point Alan Pardew would in every situation try to win a game by throwing on forward players when he should have been concentrating on strengthening the defense ..he was a complete nutter in this regard, that's why we will not achieve the same end to a season as him lol.

Survival with the squad he has at his disposal along with the dead and injured is the reason why we appear boring, we need to just survive at the moment we are in a desperate mess and Mr Hodgson is doing a brilliant job battling with it, the fans that want to moan and groan about him really need smelling salts up their arses lol.

One has fleeting moments asking oneself "why am I paying to watch this boring football (from my team)". The simple answer, of course, is because Palace is in the blood. Can't necessarily explain it (I've been living up in the Midlands for the last 30 years, but Palace is still in my blood).

Chairmen, managers, players come and go, but Palace remain my team through the good times and the bad. I hope to keep my season ticket until I'm no longer physically or mentally able to get to the games (Or I can no longer afford to pay).

If I want to watch exciting football I can always pop along to Molinieux, but I dont't because Palace, not Wolves are my team.

The squad is not paper thin, we have a freak injury situation with about 10 players out. Apart for wingers, we have cover in every position.

A freak injury situation that just seems to happen every year?
Like I said, players playing through injury because of the lack of depth to replace them.

Camarasa leaving, speculation about McCarthy moving on, both bargain summer transfers / loans in. WTF is going on with Palace’s recruitment strategy? Where is Dougie in all of this?
