If you remove the IPP process without an effective replacement and then denude the probation and prison services as well as the Police and Crown Prosecution service, guess what will happen. Glad to see that degenerate brought up. I knew better than to expect it appear in the violence crime thread, as no political or racial mileage can be extracted. But as you say it too does highlight how processes can fail, letting these monsters out.
