Another fine win for India. Game over. The taxis and corner shops around Old Trafford can now go back to normal service

Incredible knock from Morgan, utter carnage! So much for a bad back. Good thing too is it was the best innings by Ali for ages, he actually knocked some out of the park. If he takes some wickets he might just have played himself back into the side, but I dont like not having Plunkett in there.

Incredible knock from Morgan, utter carnage! Most of his runs came from Rashid Khan who is currently the third best ODI bowler in the world. Khan broke the world record for runs conceded in an ODI with his 110 runs conceded from 9 overs

England struggling to chase down a small total vs Sri Lanka currently. England need Root to play a Williamson type of innings.

And they are now in danger of losing to a mediocre Sri Lankan team. With games remaining against the top 3 a real chance that the “New England” will suffer from familiar choking

Rash and Woakes gone in the same over. Over 50 needed and down to Archer and Wood to accompany Stokes. Surely we are f***ed now.

Well its simple now. Turn up and perform against the best 3 sides in the world or its curtains. If we cannot get results against Australia, India and New Zealand its pointless to proceed anyway. Losing to pakistan and Sri Lanka is not good enough.

That's not strictly true as England are the number one rated side in the world and it's only a year ago that we beat India in a series quite convincingly. We also thrashed Australia but that was without their two cheats
