If the Sri Lankan government is only killing terrorists, I doubt many would complain. I heard something like 14 children were killed by government forces. I doubt they were all radicalised terrorists but I haven't got the full story any more than anyone else.
Other countries don't tend to need the balance of evidence the UK does in order to convict people. Doubtful Sri Lanka ever will. They massacred thousands of Tamils, so why not Muslims next?
Burma seems to be doing things that way. Whilst people might be thinking 'great - get rid of Islam in that way', of course it only exacerbates the problem in the West - as more are radicalised by seemingly unfair treatment of co-religionists.

It makes no difference, these things will happen regardless. If it wasn't Sri Lanka it would be something else.

Probably right with some of the dickheads around. Still would prefer not to give them any excuse - not that they need much of one.

The British missed the troubles from the IRA so much that they decided to make their own home grown version.

Funnily enough, loads of famous Irish nationalists were English/ English born. Not to mention, that they were usually protestant in the past. I wouldn't be surprised - if we knew more about it - plenty of active IRA people were born in Britain. Often ex British forces - top, free training.

The idea that Sri Lankan Muslims were protesting in London was false news, look it up. Planted for the gullible.

The difference between an Irishman and the British is a stretch of water......same general culture.

A war of pedantry carried on from a different age.

Kind of amusing that something that has been going on for many decades now...and indeed in many countries has long past because public Christians are hard to find....that now it gets reported on by the BBC in 2019.

It does make you smile.

What next.....the South African government and left western media are lying and downplaying about what's happening in there? Na.....give it another thirty years.....if whitey is still there by then.
