When Roy decides to retire, I'd like to see an orderly and planned succession.

When Roy decides to retire, I'd like to see an orderly and planned succession. One hopes that circumstances permit a dignified exit at the end of the agreed contract between club and Hodgson and that the club don't feel the need to bring a premature end to his services on account of results or perhaps Hodgson himself feels it is best he departs for the same reason. One suspects that if circumstances permit, the club will take soundings from Hodgson apropos potential replacements. Edited by Willo (05 Oct 2018 9.08am)

A lot going for Dyche but his football is dire, hoof up to two big strikers and play of the second ball. If it were right now, I'd want Brendan Rogers. He's being linked with the Villa job so we'd be a step up. But I am more than happy with Roy, best football we've played in years has been under him.

Yes he has his faults, who doesnt but overall been great for us. And he made 3, yes 3 subs on Monday night!

when jose gets sacked he needs to take charge of a lesser team with modest ambitions to get his reputation back...it wont happen but he would suit us down to the ground. we will probably end up with moyes or freedman though.

A pointless debate as much because no one has a clue who'll be available when he goes. With regard to present position he needs to be given the tools. Recruitment hasn't been great for a while but in the last year dreadful save for possibly Meyer and Guaita.

The Dyche style of football worked good enough for Sir Steve

Poor old Uncle Roy!! Stabbed in the back by some of you. If he’d been given more funds in the last two windows and he hadn’t inherited the most expensive waste of space up front in football history I doubt this would even be a discussion.
