Nice professional job. No sign of danger, completely dominant, no real wallies. Three good goals and if Soerloth could finish might have had six. However, he looked less lost than he has done lately and seemed to get a better understanding with Townsend.

And FFS United have equalised in Clattenburg time.

Last 16 on the back of a good, solid performance. Hegazi looked the only defender for them. COYP !!

Enjoyed that. Good goals, nice passing and AWB showing again how good he is (that back heel was superb). Only concern is our main striker not scoring, although I thought he played well apart from not scoring.

Pleased to hear that about Sorloth.

The more I watch Meyer the more he looks like a younger Cabaye in the way he plays. He rarely goes for the extravagant pass, just keeps possession, keeps the ball moving and doesn't need to stop and dwell. I think he should start against Bournemouth as we'll need to be better in possession. WBA made their intentions clear when they made three subs and not one of them was Gayle.

Roy put out a stronger team than I expected and it showed in the end with a fairly dominant performance. Hopefully the brace from Andros will restore his confidence in front of goal.
