Yes , me too, as you say, an ex England international, i was expecting so much from him as we had recently signed Ronnie Alan from the same club, (WBA) and he was great, but Kevan was dreadful.

In no particular order:

Akinibiyi
Gareth Taylor
Wayne Andrews

Aylott was very limited but he did at least do his best. Scored 6 goals in 1 season in a Palace side that was flirting with relegation big style. TBF that ain't a bad return ... Aylott is an ironic hero if anything! Leave him alone ...

There have been lots of S--t at Palace over the years but for me the worse was Mick Hill early 70's

I loved Mick Hill - So good at getting into “he must score” positions and then messing it up - A great Palace tradition!

A very specific time frame!
I barely remember Wharton though 5 goals in 20 appearances isn't bad. Bell was pretty poor but I remember when he got dropped after about 20 games that he said that none of the guys he was marking had scored

Think Terry Wharton was the mysterious Mr X , we all thought Palace were signing Osgood , Marsh or Best at the time , so I’m probably being a little unfair there.
You could list anyone we’ve ever signed from Chelsea ,excluding RLC of course

Indeed. Part of the disastrous Goldberg era when (briefly) money was no object. (BTW the surname is Ismael)

Ismael got run ragged by Carl Leaburn who scored two! Carl Leaburn!!!!

Anyone remember Andy Preece?

Really wanted him to succeed but he just never seemed to fit in. Chris Armstrongs mate if I remember right.
