Change has to come from within the black community and they have to realise that if they want to climb up the food chain they have to do something about it. Speaking generally the Indians, Jews and Chinese that you mentioned all try and do well at school in order to give themselves a good start in life whereas far too many of the young black community would rather see who owns the biggest knife than attend school
