Well that's what Vincent was doing in the house then. Poor bloke was just doing a survey to see what needed repairing. Shame that he didn't tell the bloke asleep upstairs with his disabled wife. And Vincent's mate must have been holding the other end of the tape measure. It's all becoming clearer

I understand Lewisham Council has created a memorial garden nearby. A sympathetic neigbour left some flowers and a teddy bear. The Vincent family left the following to honour their dearly departed: 2 Sofas 3 Radiators 5 Matresses and half a ton of building rubble One more point

2 Sofas
3 Radiators
5 Matresses and half a ton of building rubble
