I need a new one for next year as my one with Tux on litecoin is up at the end of this year. Choose your metric to define “a surprising crash” and let’s go!

Choose your metric to define “a surprising crash” and let’s go! i know a bloke in SE19 who paid 430 k for a place just before the Brexit vote, and today the flats are selling for 100k less than that. We have had nearly 20 years of growth and homes are looking unaffordable even for well paid professional couples on two salaries.
Weak housing market or weak sterling.....something's got to give.

Say, average UK house proves to drop by x% I would concur...I agree they will drop...but 'surprising' NO, 'crash' NO...the market will simply cost (and has been doing so for the last 15months) the 'potential' effects of Brexit into the mix. PV...what's your def of a 'surprise' and 'crash' and I may also have a tenner on it

Blinkered thinking at best.
