You're one of the usual suspects asking why aren't the muslamics protesting about terrorism.

Well there you go.

Don't you think it's good these people are speaking out. Bet the FLA wouldn't march with them though.

I'm sure this "movement" will fizzle out like all the other so called non racists, like the EDL and BNP,just a bunch of right wing bully boys hoping to get a bit of publicity for themselves, we've had it all before at football with the NF giving out leaflets in the 70'and 80's it's all a bit pathetic and boring. Just because someone is a religious extremist doesn't make them a terrorist does it, just someone who is a bit sad ( in my opinion), like the people on the march who have extremist views, who believe if they shout loudest they must be right. Let's not forget that the Tory government were funding the Taliban in the 80's when they were fighting the Russians, but now we call them terrorists. It just depends on the mood of the government of the time, we've supported Iran v Iraq in war and vice versa, we also supported Gaddafi when it suited and didn't Thatcher say Mandela was a terrorist , but welcomed mass murderer and torturer Pinochet over

What's the Finance & Leasing Association got to do with it?
I've never encouraged anyone to 'protest' and march about anything. It is usually just empty posturing with rabble-rousers like McDonnell pontificating.
The thing is, you think it worthy of mention that some Muslims are actually against terrorism, as if it were surprising.

Pretty spot on and simple to grasp, if you want to. I just don't think these folk want to try and see it from a higher perspective as it doesn't suit their agenda.

Yes, really ridiculous that those who have gone on record to support terrorists many times in the past (be it IRA or PLO or other) and have consistently voted against anti terrorism measures, should be criticised in relation to terrorism!

This topic should be moves to general chat.

Ah, so there were also plenty of songs about Theresa May cutting police numbers and letting this all happen then?

Nick, bearing in mind one of the things other posters find annoying is a link with no commentary.... What do you think about this march Nick?

Don't give it the usual suspects bollocks to me,and I don't think I have said that.
But you were quick enough to put down the Fla march,on another thread.
You only posted that to get a reaction, because that's what you do.
And as for protesting yeah good well done nice to see.
But it has been a while, but yeah well done them.

Bring the Police force back up to the strength in numbers it needs to be effective.

Muslim communities in the country have reported people who have then gone on to commit these attacks to the Police. The Police can't and don't follow all these tips up because they haven't got the numbers anymore.

The thread title is a clue.

I think more should be made of it to show that actually, Muslims are as much again.st terrorism as you or I.

You had to work hard on this one.

Why wouldn't most Muslims be against terrorism? I'd say that was a minimum requirement for normal people.

What I would like to see is less fruit cakes defending or being apologists for terrorism on the internet.

Indeed. Who has been an apologist for or defended terrorism on here then. I know a few people tried to deflect away from the bloke who drove into a crowd of people because they don't like nazis...
