Some are realising we might be backtracking on what Parish and Frank said in interview. More than gradual changes could go badly wrong and Frank needs to stick to winning being more important than style. I hope that any Palace manager succeeds but they must put is before their expression and advertisement to the football world. This is where I'm getting a bit concerned. We're a 'Look what I can do in England' before taking things steadily forward in terms of possession/style etc. I like to trust in the manager. I did in Pulis, Sam, and Pardew in the 1st half of his leadership but you can never fully trust they'll stick to their word or have club interest over their's, especially now average time in jobs is so short. The possibility of Frank trying to change us to 3-4-3 so soon is a big concern and reason for mine.

He might have said that originally but that would have been before he had time to fully analyse the squad and before the Liverpool game, I'm pretty sure that if Riedewald and Chambers come in, which I expect, there will be another two arrivals including a striker.

So it's alright to have a plan and a promise to owner and fans before and as you're getting the job and also okay to tear up the plan and do whatever you like once you've got yourself comfortable.
