I can not get my head around newspapers reporting "Palace getting ready to bid" or "plotting to bid " WTF either they bid or they don't ,any thing to get fans knickers wet . They don't know any more than any one else does . It's a bloody game for halfwit journalists. Plotting? Wtf it's not a gun powder plot or a bank robbery plot . Is all BS . Palace must get a tried and tested goal scorer. Paying 15million for Burke and letting Townsend go for the same amount is a crazy idea. These guys we're showing interest in haven't proved themselves and by the middle of the season we will be at the bottom in big trouble with Freedman taking us into the Championship by May. Wake up PALACE. Let's wake up, the players we've got are not good enough, don't let's add to them. Sell a few players and get Sako before he goes to WBA and then get a half decent striker of the calibre of Austin who could feed of Benteke. I have absolutely no idea if there's any truth in the rumours that we're interested in this player, or how good, bad or indifferent he might be, but for an 'old timer' with 65+ years of supporting Palace under my belt - I can only enjoy and appreciate the "Palace interested in Barcelona forward" headlines. Times are certainly changing!!

I have absolutely no idea if there's any truth in the rumours that we're interested in this player, or how good, bad or indifferent he might be, but for an 'old timer' with 65+ years of supporting Palace under my belt - I can only enjoy and appreciate the "Palace interested in Barcelona forward" headlines. Times are certainly changing!!
