If you're black and don't sound like a rapper, no matter how intelligent you actually are, I'm sure opportunities are growing. Sad that people that age, whatever colour, put on that accent that eventually sticks when someone within 1 minute walking distance and the same socio-economic group doesn't and has less barriers in front of them.
