Sunderland and m'boro looked doomed. One place left in the bottom 3. We need to take advantage of our games in hand. It's for us to bugger this up. We got the quality and the mentality to do it. In big Sam we trust.

Swansea last 6: Hull last 6:
Watford a. Stoke. A
Stoke. H. Watford. H

Man Utd A. Southampton A
Everton H. Sunderland H
Sunderland A. C Palace. A
Wba. H. Tottenham H

We really need to hope that Stoke and Watford turn up for both their next matches. We could be right in it if they both lose. Neither team are playing well at the moment. Those 4 games are massive for us. Potentially Swansea and Hull could be 6 points better off each. Putting them on 34 and 36 points respectively.

Leicester is a huge game for us and people who have it chalked down as three points to us. Hmm yes we need the three points but Leicester are playing decent football again so who knows!

I thought we would be safe with our recent results but looking at what's coming up. We need Watford and Stoke to turn up or we're potentially in it with not much hope of a way out...

Can anyone see Swansea needing to beat WBA last day to stay up above Parishs Palace....

Relax. I can't see Swansea and Hull both picking up 6 points from Stoke and Watford. Stoke have the potential to win both and Watford might lose one but not both. Even if they do both win then it is still in our hands. We are playing Well, let's have faith.

35pts should be enough to stay up this season as really can't see Swansea winning three more games.

one win and one draw - that's all we need, i reckon.

If we get six points from our last eight games, it leaves Swansea needing eleven from their last six. That's three wins, two draws and only one defeat. Bookies now have Swansea marginally odds-on for relegation, while we are at around 6-1 and 7-1 against.

What am I missing? Swansea have 28 and we have 31. If we get another 6 we get to 37. Swansea need 10 points. 3 wins and 1 draw, so can lose two?

They are as likely to get 10 points from their last six as we are to get nine from our last eight. They are starting to look as dead and buried as we did 5 games ago.

Whereas Hull have only picked up 1 point from their last 14 away games, so if that trend continues then we will be in good shape - if it doesn't then we wont.

All this proves is that we need to relax, have faith and watch it all unfold. If it is our last sojourn in the Premiership for a while then we had better enjoy it, if not then we can breathe a sigh of relief and reminisce about yet another exciting season.

Paul Clement says Swansea were rubbish yesterday. Excellent news.

That's the trouble with a new manager bounce, before long the new manager stops being new and the bounce stops erm... bouncing.

I would rather have Sam. His new manager bounce was a bit like that of a punctured football, but since he has got his feet under the table he is given us solidity and swagger.

Hopefully Swansea will be rubbish until the end of the season.

I see Leicester are fielding a weakened team against Leicester. Hopefully they are still in the tie after the first leg of the Champions League quarter and will do the same against us next week.

Swanseas last two games worry me the most. Away to Sunderland who will be already down and home to Baggies who are on the beach Pulis will probably field a reserve team. I can see a scenario on the last day where they need to better our result at OT

What?

Five changes. Ndidi, Okazaki and Mahrez dropped to the bench. Although the replacements are fairly decent. Hopefully if Leicester don't get walloped on Wednesday, then they will prioritise the following Tuesday and not the game against us next Saturday.

You can use statistics to give yourself an aneurism. Swansea have got 1 point in the last 15 against similar opposition to their next five games. Hull have got 1 point from their last 42 away from home... It's all in our hands... let's worry about Swansea's last two games when we get to the last two games of the season.
