I would like to attempt at profiling Willo, you know you just get a picture in your minds eye about what someone is like. I wonder how many think along the same lines. (nothing derogatory Willo don't worry!)

The reality is controversy and Clattenburg have never been far away. The list is long. Dodgy financial dealings, inappropriate comments to players, poor decision making, (Everton wouldn't
let him near them for years) Remember Kuyt Kung fu tackle?

There has NEVER been a British referee with the amount of controversy that he has yet you laud him as some sort of paragon of virtue.

Dodgy around a pound and dodgy around a whistle.

Story in the Daily Mirror says that China's football Super League wants Clattenburg to ref, and is prepared to pay loadsamoney to get him.
Question is: would greed trump vanity for C*ntenf*ck? He would be mega-rich - but would lose his prime spot strutting around on global tv for the relative obscurity of China.

As you asked so politely (Unlike some others) I will afford you the respect of an answer which I have already given a few months ago, and this will be my last post on this thread.

1. Wickham wasn't upright following the challenge and how was Clattenburg to know he would get back up and carry on ? It wasn't as though there was a challenge and the ball broke free to one of our players.So I can totally understand why he didn't apply any "Advantage".

2. The other incident came just inside the Man Utd half and it was not as if there was a great deal of daylight between our player and the defender.Accordingly it was impossible to see if there was any clear advantage.Besides it was a long way from goal, it was not as if there was an obvious goal threat so really there was no great advantage to be had by playing "Advantage".

I'm afraid that's it from me on this thread - I know this will disappoint those hell-bent on provoking me and making risible allegations about me.
