In answer to the OPs question no I wouldn't care if Pardew left.

I haven't actually cared much about losing any of our managers except one and that was Steve Bruce. And that was purely because I have never seen us play as good football as we did when he was in charge.

Don't waste your time with jealousy. Sometimes your ahead, sometimes your behind, the race is long. But in the end it's only with yourself!!

We're unbeaten in 4, 3 wins on the trot, and the players Pardew has bought for the first team are bedding in well. Pardew has a plan for the team and it's bearing fruit.

Even if there was a better replacement immediately available, this would be a terrible time to lose the manager. And I can't see anyone miles better who's available.

Don't think anyone will fancy the England job right now. It has become a dangerous job to take even if you've had so much as a parking ticket the press are going to be after you.

Far from perfect and streaky but I'd rather Pards stick around. I don't see one out there unless West Ham sack Bilic.

if Pardew goes who does everyone want to see get the palace job?

personally, I think its time for Millen to be given a chance as hes shown he has what it takes from when he saved us multiple times...think he will be brilliant! and am sure he will be long term! unless hes sacked obviously.

Not that Pards is the be all and end all but if he left now it would be a right royal cock up. Mainly because any decent replacements have literally just been snapped up by other clubs. If he was going to leave it would have been better to do so in pre-season. In short, right now it's what we call "slim pickin's"
